Hack Club Haven is about 200 game jams in about 200 cities, all run by high schoolers on the same weekend. Teenagers aged 13 to 18 get two days to build a game and publish it on itch.io with the code on GitHub. It's free.
I'm the lead organiser of the Tashkent one, on 14–15 November 2026. We're a team of 14.

3What I do
I run the team, the venue search, sponsors and workshops. So far that's 85 personalised sponsor emails, a proposal kit for 70 sponsors in Uzbek, Russian and English, and three sponsors on board. Every organiser also had to ship their own small game first. Mine is Jumpio.
4Things I built for it
- Haven Hub, the team hub we run the whole event on. It's live at haventash.xyz.
- A Telegram registration bot in three languages, with referrals and a leaderboard.
- Die-cut PCB name badges, made by PCBWay.
- The posters, flyers and profile pictures below, drawn by my own Python scripts instead of an image generator.
